Digital Services & Consulting

All consulting sessions, clarity calls, strategy work, and digital services provided by [Your Business Name] are non-refundable once delivered. Because these services involve customized time, expertise, and one-on-one work, refunds cannot be issued after the service has been performed.

If you purchase a service and have not yet scheduled or received it, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no work has begun.


Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand life happens! However, because time slots are limited and reserved exclusively for you, we require that all coaching or consulting appointments be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once without penalty.
  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are non-refundable.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to a session without prior communication, the appointment may be considered a no-show and forfeited.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

If you purchase a physical product (such as merchandise or print materials), you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

Please email us at hello@chasingbenjamins.com with your order number, name, and request details. We aim to respond to all refund and rescheduling inquiries within 2 business days.


Plain-English version: Once I’ve done the work, I can’t refund it. If you need to move an appointment, just let me know at least 24 hours before — and we’re good. Otherwise, the time is reserved and non-refundable.
